The founder and leader of Baby Builders, Graciela Pagano, has 16+ years of experience in the field of pediatric physical therapy. She completed her physical therapy education in 1989 at the prestigious Central University in Caracas, Venezuela. For six years, she worked at a children’s hospital in Caracas, where she provided outpatient and inpatient physical therapy. In 1995, she relocated to Northern California.
In the Bay Area, she was employed for nine years with a large nonprofit organization that specializes in pediatric and adult therapy. As her career developed, she has focused on pediatric services, which include early intervention services as well as work with children from birth to three years old. These experiences have been rewarding both for her and the families and children with whom she works.
